I bought a duplex as a single first home buyer and Hayley was more helpful than anyone on my team.
The whole process had many hurdles, Hayley went above and beyond to help however she could with any questions I had, or documents that were needed.

We have rented through them for 3 out of the 6 years that we have been renting for and they were by far the best. They were very prompt in attending to any requests and remained friendly and professional at all times. They carried out regular routine inspections which many real-estates fail to do. Thank you Cassie and Josh for being so amazing, we will miss renting through you guys but will keep you in mind for down the track when we plan on renting out our newly purchased home.

We have been very lucky to have rented through Pine Property for over two years. We've had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Hayley, Cassie and Josh, and it has been very easy to come to them with any repair issues or changes to contractual arrangements, additionally the entry and exit processes were smooth and reasonable. I felt that the team made their best efforts to ensure that both their client (the owner) and us (the tenant) were well-looked after. I think its rare to find a team who take such a meticulous and fair approach to property management. Hopefully we can deal with them again in the future!
